Sammie Photo specializes in adventure wedding and elopement photography and videography, primarily in Zion National Park and the surrounding areas. We offer personalized photo and video packages to capture your special moments in stunning natural settings.
3. Booking and Payment
* Booking: To secure our Services for your event, a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee are required. The remaining balance is due as specified in your contract.
* Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon.
* Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing. Retainer fees are non-refundable. Additional fees may apply for rescheduled sessions, subject to our availability.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
* Ownership: All photographs and videos taken by Sammie Photo are our intellectual property. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use only.
* Usage Rights: You may not sell, edit, or use the images for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.
5. Client Responsibilities
* Cooperation: Timely cooperation and communication are essential to ensure a successful session.
* Permissions: Obtaining necessary permits or permissions for specific locations is the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take utmost care in capturing and editing your images, our liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, delays, or accidents.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
